Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS application iScreen: Photos & Wallpapers ("the App", "we") handles information. The App is developed and operated by Nguyen Tien Duoc, an independent developer ("the Operator").

1. Summary

The App requires no account and no registration.
We do not run our own servers and do not ourselves collect, store, or sell your personal data.
Your favorites and settings are stored locally on your device only.
The App integrates a small number of third‑party services (advertising, crash reporting, push notifications, purchases). These services may process limited device data under their own privacy policies, as described below.

2. Data stored on your device

Wallpapers you mark as favorites, gradient wallpapers you create, and app preferences are saved in a local database on your device. This data never leaves your device through the App and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

3. Third‑party services

The App uses the following services, which may automatically process limited data such as device model, operating system version, language, IP address, advertising identifier (only with your permission — see section 4), and crash or usage diagnostics:

Google AdMob — displays ads that keep the App free. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in AdMob.
Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) — crash reports to fix bugs, push notifications, and remote app configuration. See Firebase Privacy.
Apple App Store / StoreKit — processes Premium purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. See Apple Privacy Policy.

Wallpaper images are loaded from publicly available image services; standard web requests (such as your IP address) are made to deliver these images.

4. Advertising and tracking (ATT)

On first launch, iOS asks whether you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Upgrading to Premium removes all ads from the App.

5. Photos access

The App requests add‑only access to your photo library, used solely to save wallpapers you download. The App cannot read, browse, or upload your existing photos.

6. Children

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The third‑party services above are configured for general audiences.

7. Your rights and choices

Disable personalized ads: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Delete local data: uninstall the App.
For data processed by Google or Apple, exercise your rights directly under their policies linked above.
Questions or requests — contact us anytime (section 9). Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional rights to access or delete data held by the services above.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
