These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application iScreen: Photos & Wallpapers ("the App"), operated by Nguyen Tien Duoc, an independent developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides wallpapers for personal use on your own devices. No account or registration is required. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older; if you are under the age of majority in your region, please use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Wallpapers & Intellectual Property

Wallpapers shown in the App are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Images are sourced from third-party, publicly available image providers and remain the property of their respective photographers and owners — iScreen does not claim ownership of third-party images. You may not resell, redistribute, or use wallpapers for commercial purposes without permission from their rightful owners.

The App's name, logo, design, and software are the property of Nguyen Tien Duoc and may not be copied or reused without permission.

3. Advertising & Premium

The App is free and supported by third-party advertising, which may process limited device data under its own policy (see our Privacy Policy). You may optionally purchase a Premium upgrade to remove ads and unlock all wallpapers. Purchases are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple Account.

4. Prohibited Activities

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App;
Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Distributing malware or interfering with the App's operation or servers;
Reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting content without authorization.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, or that any particular wallpaper will remain available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nguyen Tien Duoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, third-party advertisements, or any loss of data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
